Setting and Characters Setting Characters • This story takes place at the school, at home, at the Kemps house, at Whopper Burger, and the bus. • I noticed that it was a lot like our real lives. • Mrs. Whaley changed the story the most. Here are some more characters Ramona, Mom, Dad, Beezus, Mrs. Larson, Howie, Willa jean, Strange man , children, grandma, Yard Ape, and a boy • I noticed that yard ape and the boy weren't very nice to Ramona.

  3. Ramona • She is short. And has short hair. She is in third grade. Her dad goes to college. And her mom works at the hospital. Her older sister is in Junior High School. Ramona is a little weird. Her friends name is Howie.

  4. Authors • The problem was that Ramona was a nucience and did not want to be. What did they do about the problem Ramona tried to do a good book report. What did the character learn? Ramona miss under stood and Mrs. Whaley mint it was a nucience for Mrs. Larson to wash the egg out of her hair. What did I learn? I learned you cant run away from your problems you have to solve them first.

  5. Book Recommendation • I would recommend this book to my friend. Because it is funny. It teaches you how you cant run away from your problems. And you have to solve them. Ramona is almost just alike Joody Moody and Junie B. Ramona is a little weird in a funny way. Bezuss is a little bit mean to Ramona.

  6. Connectoin’s • One connectoin I made was Ramona having to deal with her older sister. It reminded me of my older sister. That is text to self. Ramona reminded me of Joody Moody. That is text to text. Ramona is text to world because she is like a real live person so it is text to world.

  7. Crating Images • In Ramona Qimuby, Age 8 I had a movie in my mind It was about how she looked felt and smelled. I could here the kitchen and the cling clung of the pans. I could smell the food and it smelled really good.
