OEM/Retail • You cannot move the OEM license to another computer • Retail/OEM without Software Assurance versions have many IT limitations, no network deployment/support (bits are different) • You must activate each and every OEM/Retail copy of Office • Retail/OEM without SA Licenses have no secondary-use rights or imaging • You cannot downgrade to a previous version of the software • OEM Licenses are not recorded for you. Therefore the customer must retain all OEM/Retail license documentation
