MICRO edukacija • MICRO edukacija is Member Company of MICRO grupa • Company involved in preparing, organization and transfer of practical skills and knowledge in area of: • Marketing • Management • Finances • Regional development • EU issues • Intended for local self government units, small and medium enterprises and every physical person who recognized importance of investing in knowledge. • Goal is to offer information our clients cannot find in a book. Methods are effective and the success is confirmed with experience and knowledge.

Historical data • 2003 MICRO edukacija as a part of MICRO projekt d.o.o. • Ltd. since 2004 • Branch offices in: • Croatia (Split, Šibenik, Zagreb, Pula)‏ • Bosnia and Herzegovina (Sarajevo)‏ • Serbia (Novi Sad)‏ • Since 2004 MICRO edukacija organized and conducted more than 1000 educational programs in different area of expertise • Programs have attended more than 3.000 employees and managers from different companies • We made contacts and deliver different services for more than 400 companies in three countries • Established strong relationships with different institutions

Raising awareness • One of functions of MICRO edukacija from the global economic view is to build awareness of entrepreneurs and local self government units that are key factors in creating the efficiency and development of the economy in South East Europe. • This is achieved by: • Using different approaches and tools in local environment • Enroll in different memberships • Create positive relations with associations and national authorities • Creating cooperation and partnership with local and international organizations

Cooperation • During its existence, MICRO edukacija has established a close cooperation with numerous institutions, ministries, chambers and similar institutions that have a large influence on the economy of one country. • Today, MICRO edukacija is recognized as the equal partner in organizing, creating and performing educational programs whose main goal was raising the competitiveness for EU candidate country. • Cooperation is established with: • USAID-United States Agency for International Development • Cooperation with USIAD (DAI- Development alternatives)‏ • IFC-International Finance Corporation • EBRD-European Bank for reconstruction and development • Croatian Agency for small business • Ministry of Economy, Labor and Entrepreneurship • National Association of Small and Family Hotels • Chamber of Economy of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina • Chamber of Economy of Sarajevo Canton

Our vision of the future Companies looking at the future should base their employees' developement on lifelong learning programme in order to continuously improve internal level of knowledge and in order to acheive long term company competitiveness. The future of educational programmes is based on the advantages of modern technologies and complete customization of educational programmes to the needs of specific companies and employee preferences. Harmonization of the aforementioned needs is acheived through implementation of internal academies in companies.
