  5. Conflict is Inevitable • You at times may be subject of school or office gossip. • Strategy • “ I feel disrespect” • “ talk about feelings” • “ I’m hurt”

  6. Conflict is Inevitable Strategy: Sometimes we may need to go to the teacher / trusted adult or our boss in the workplace. Ask for Help. “ I have already tried to talk with them about this problem”. “ Can you get us all together to talk about it and try to work out solutions”. COMMUNICATION……. ESSENTIAL
