  1. Conventional Control panels

  2. CONVENTIONAL FIRE CONTROL PANEL • SIMPLE • COST EFFECTIVE

  3. 2 Models Available : • SmartLine020 : 4 Zones expandable up to 20 • SmartLine036 : 4 Zones expandable up to 36 • Each Component Approved by IMQ

  4. SmartLines Panels can manage up to 36 ZONE… Panel can discern on the same line if the alarm comes from a detector or a call point in order skip the prealarm on acll point For each zone are available two terminals where a two pole line with detectors or call points can be connected:

  5. Zone balancing : Panel will comply with any conventional detector Balancing of each zone can be adjusted A WIZARD can automatically balance zones

  6. Wide range of Manual call Points available:

  7. Beam detectors available to be connected on zones: • Latest technology trans reflective beam detector • Approved according EN54-12 (CPD) • Motorized head : automatic allignment during commissioning and normal operation • IP65 rated • Two separate unit supplied : Active element and control keyboard • 5 to 40 m distance (standard version) • Expansion kit for distance from 40 to 80 m • Expansion kit for distance from 80 to 100m

  8. Duct adapter available: • Single pipe system • Easy to install • Ordering Codes: • EBDDH- : Universal adapter (Base not included , to be fitted in) • TV-0.6 : 60 Cm sampling pipe • TV-1.5 : 150 Cm sampling pipe • TV-2.8 : 280 Cm sampling pipe • DDH-BRACKET : circular duct adapter • DDH-F1/10 : 10 dust filters

  9. Zone programming: wide range of selectable options For each zone can be adjusted a wide range of timings, options (operating on front panel or by means of free PC tool - Smartleague) and labels shown on the display

  10. I/O terminals: User definable Input/output terminals For each zone is available an extra terminal which by default is an output activated in case of zone itself alarm…. But can be redefined and used as alarm or input

  11. GAS detection : On each one of the I/O terminal can be connected a 4-20mA interfaced gas detector For each detector thresholds can be adjusted from the control panel Panel will show in the display the real time value of each detector expressed in the proper unit

  12. GAS Detection: Inim can offer a wide range of GAS detectors in IP55 of Explosion proof enclosure (ATEX approved)

  13. TIMERs : a tool for advanced configurations • SmartLine panel provide 8 timers for automatic operations : • Switch from day to night mode and viceversa • Automatic zones reinclusion • Enable disable filters for false alarm • Ecc.

  14. Logic Equations : • SmartLine panel provide 7 Logic equations user definable for output acivations: • AND, OR, NOT etc. operators available • Zones States, timer etc. available as operand • Delays appliable

  15. RS485 BUS: RS485 BUS

  16. TCP-IP Connection: Remote supervision and mainteinance INTERNET

  17. Switching power supply included (1,4 A o 4 A • According to model) • Battery charger with temperature compensation • Battery efficiency control • Certificata EN54-2 • EN54-4 • EN12094-1

  18. RS232 port for UP/DOWNLoad • Full programmable by front panel

  19. Up to 2 expansion module for SmartLine020 (up to 20 Zones) or 4 expansion module for SmartLine036 (up to 36 zones ) • 8 Zones expansion modules • Each Expansion module have an extra supervised output user definable

  21. DetectorsWiring Balance other zones with a 3.9 kΩ resistance 3.9 kΩ End of Line resistance on the last detector

  22. CallpointsWiring Balance other zones with a 3.9 kΩ resistance 3.9 kΩ End of Line resistance on the last callpoint

  23. InitialWirings If Zones aren’t balanced panel displays “Zone open”

  24. NAC Wiring NAC output activates on Alarm: it can activate alarm devices 47 kΩ End of Line resistance on the last device

  25. InitialWirings If NAC isn’t balanced panel displays “Open I/O Panel NAC”

  26. Otherwirings 19-20 DIALER Terminalsactivated on Alarm. DIALER Output can activate an external dialler.

  27. InitialWirings Balance Dialler with a 10 kΩ resistance(between terminals 19 and 23 )

  28. InitialWirings If Zones aren’t balanced panel displays “Zone open”
