  2. Mt. 27:22-23 • Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified.[23] And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.

  5. I. The Sin Of Ignorance • Lk. 23:34 • Acts 3:17

  6. Lk. 23:34 • Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.

  7. Acts 3:17 • And now, brethren, I wot that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers.

  8. I. The Sin Of Ignorance • We often want to over look ignorance - but the Jews were still to be blamed for they were willfully ignorant • This sin is still with us today! • Acts 17:30

  9. Acts 17:30 • And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

  10. II. The Sin Of The Hatred Of Good • Acts 10:38 • Jn. 10:32

  11. Acts 10:38 • How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

  19. IV. The Sin Of Religious Prejudice • Prejudice= To Judge before knowing the facts • “Prejudice is the child of ignorance” • Many today hatethe Lord’s church because of their prejudice

  20. V. The Sin Of The Love Of Money • Mt. 26:15 • And said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver • Many today betray Christ for far less!
