YOUR SCIENCE FAIR PROJECT HERE Write a 3 – 5 sentence response to one of the following prompts related to your Science Fair Project. • What was the most difficult phase in completing this project? What made it difficult and how did you overcome this hurdle? • How did you conduct your research for this project? What resources did you use and how did you locate them? • If you could change any ONE thing about this project, what would it be and why?

  4. YOUR HUMANITIES FAIR PROJECT GOES HERE • Write the title of your Humanities Fair Project and describe in two to three sentences what you learned while completing this project.

  5. Math Test Scores • Create a spreadsheet charting your math test scores in Microsoft Excel. Create a hyperlink here to that document. • Be sure to include a graph that demonstrates your progress throughout the year.

  6. My Best Work • Choose one subject area and write 3 - 5 sentences describing your most successful project or activity. • Choose a picture to represent your project and insert it to the left.

  7. MOST IMPROVED SUBJECT • Write 3 – 5 sentences describing which subject you feel you improved upon the most. • Tell why you feel you improved and what you did to get yourself back on track! • You can add relevant links and/or pictures.

Most Memorable Specials Class • Write 3 – 5 sentences about your most memorable specials class (gym, art, music, technology, library). • Explain what you enjoyed and why it is your most memorable class. • You can add pictures and/or clip art here. • You can also add links to projects and/or web sites.

  9. REFLECTION • Some ideas for reflection (choose ONE): • What could have made this year better? • What I’d like to improve upon next year. • Favorite teacher? Favorite class? WHY? • What will you remember most about this school year?
