  1. Senior English 9/10/12 • Five minutes to review for Week 2 vocab. study. • What's the difference between a teacher and a train? • MAD – Mutual Assured Destruction. A concept in nuclear planning. Goals – Successfully complete week 2 vocab. Analysis of value of high school. Example of the courage it takes to authentic and intellectual. Video clips. Homework – Make a list five of the most interesting or significant/formative events of your life. (points will be assigned tomorrow)

Used in the naval Academy to refer to one’s sweetheart. Goals –Discuss applying for post-secondary education with Ms. Day. Getting out of town! Go to computer lab to fill out applications. Homework – none.

Why or Why not? • How do you make friends with a squirrel? • SUSFU – Situation Unchanged Still Fouled up Goals – Final draft of application due today. Points will be assigned. Homework – Don’t forget to study for week 3 vocabulary quiz tomorrow.
