  3. By following the prescribed jointing process Ginde Pipes will give you a trouble free installation time and again • CUTTING-Cutting Ginde pipe with a Ginde Forfex cutter. See picture1. Place pipe on flat bed of the Ginde cutter. See picture2

  4. Cut pipe and get a nice square finish ROUNDING AND BEVELING-Place Reeming tool into the pipe end to straighten the pipe end for the fitting to be inserted.

  5. By turning the reamer tool two turns to the left and two turns to the right while pressure is applied inwards .The Gindereamer will round off the Ginde pipe end to make a pouring angle Pipe end will now have a visible 45 degree bevel on the inside of the pipe

  6. This is to ensure NO damages to the rubber o-rings on the fitting SLEEVING- Slide sleeve over reemed pipe end with identification holes at the outside end of the pipe

  7. FITTING-Press fitting into pipe until pop sound is heard. This to ensure fitting and sleeve is properly connected. Make sure pipe is visible thru sleeve holes.

  8. COMPRESSING-It is very important to make use of our prescribed Rems crimping tool to complete the pressing of the Ginde fitting onto the Ginde pipe. Place fitting and pipe into the head gear of the crimping clamp with the white plastic rim flash against the crimping clamp.

  9. Manipulate the clamp to make its open jaws totally closed. Open the crimping clamp and take the fitting out. Compression ring marks will be visible.

  10. A compression tool can be used to check for any default in crimp. Regular checks is advised. Now you have a finished joint

  11. INSTRUCTION TO SUCCESSFULLY MAKE A PIPE BEND • IT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO MAKE USE OF A GINDE PIPE BENDING SPRING. • The two pipe bender springs consist of a inner and outer spring. The inner spring is better for bends greater than 90 degrees. This will prevent the pipe not to close up and to ensure normal flow ratios of water in the pipe. It is NOT recommended to bend the pipe back and forth more than two times because this can damage the pipe structure and may cause failures.

  12.  BENDING INSTRUCTIONS Slide INNER spring into the pipe to the point that you need to bend Use both hands and position your two thumbs on the point you want to bend

  13. Now bend the pipe to your desired position Pull the spring out. Your bend is complete

  14. You can also use the outer bending spring in exactly the same way by sliding it over the pipe. • For bigger sizes pipe please make use of our Ginde pipe bending kit

  15. NOTES: • It is of utmost importance to use Ginde certified tools • The company product guarantee will only be honored if the proper installation procedures was followed by a certified Ginde contractor • Ginde pipe can only be used with Ginde fittings and proper installation procedures • Ginde Pipe is a NSF certified product • Ginde Pipe is a ASTM certified product Thank You
