  2. CONCEPTUALIZACION • El Registro Mercantil es unainstitución oficial que se encarga de dar publicidad sobre las personas, físicas y jurídicas, que intervienen en el tráfico mercantil. En el mismo, por tanto, se inscriben los actos de los empresarios, ya sean individuos o sociedades, de modo que puedan ser conocidos por aquellas personas que contraten con ellos (proveedores, bancos, etc.), así como por los actuales o posibles inversores (por ejemplo, accionistas), además de por entidades públicas con las que tengan relación (Seguridad Social,AEAT, etc…)

  3. OBJETIVOS El Registro Mercantil tiene por objeto la anotación, salvaguarda y puesta a disposición pública de todos los actos manifestados por las sociedades o personas inscritas.
