  3. We’ve been learning about dealing wih stress… Think back – give some examples of why we get stressed What can we do to relieve stress?

  5. Causes of Conflict • Stress and tension • Disagreement • Lack of resources • Lack of trust • Problems with communication Write down in your exercise books. Can you think of any more?

  6. Conflict can be caused by problems with communication… Shhh….. Take a few moments to yourselves… Close your eyes, rest your head on your arms… And think… ‘How do I communicate with others?’
