PKP, Fire Station). • 21 of 176 Overboard Fittings failed. • 18 of 176 Overboard Fittings degraded.

  30. Misc Hits Contributing to Grade • 65 faulty alarms. • 35 of 159 inoperative remotely operated firemain valves. • 100 of 278 explosion proof lights failed. • 10 P-100’s failed.
