MIT Convergence of information • After every MIT-Phase choices have to be made (go/no go) and next phase the solution will be worked out in detail • Scope is most important document in the MIT Proces • Social cost benefit analysis is being used to compare projects and to make choices because there always are more projects than budget available Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management
