  1. White Cat By Holly Black

  2. Summary • Cassel is from a family of Curse Workers – people who have the power to change your emotion, your luck, your memories, all by touching you with their hands. Curse work is illegal, so everybody in Cassel’s family are criminals. But Cassel is not a Curse Worker, so he is an outsider in his family. You just have to ignore one small detail - he killed his best friend, Lila, three years ago. Cassel has tried to seem normal, blending into the crowd. But then he finds himself sleepwalking, caused by frightening dreams about a white cat that wants to tell him something. He also notices that his brothers are keeping secrets from him. As Cassel begins to suspect that he is part of a huge con game, he must unravel his past and memory. Will Cassel be able to figure out who he really is?
