  2. CAT Common Admission Test(CAT) is a national Level Online Entrance Examination for Management students to take admission in IIMs and Other Top B-School. Every year, one of the IIMs organise CAT for admission to MBA and PGDM programs by leading B-schools in India.

  3. Eligibility criteria for Cat • Candidate must be 20 years of age or more than that for CAT. • Candidate must have aggregate 50% in any bachelor’s degree for the general and 45% for the SC, ST and PWD categories. • Candidate who are appearing in the final year of bachelor’s degree are eligible to sit for the Cat 2018.

  4. CAT application form • CATapplication form can be filled through online mode only and on the official website • You need to log in onto the official website and register yourself with all the necessary details including your valid email id and mobile number • IIM will send the login credentials to the Candidates through Email and SMS • Once the candidate receive the credentials, only then you can log into the application window and fill the form

  5. Application Fee and Exam Centre • CATApplication fee is different for the categories. For general it’s 1900 and SC, ST and PWD it’s 1000 • You can pay the fees either by debit or credit card • It is expected to be conducted in 140 cities in the country • Candidates can fill the Centre as per their convenience

Cat 2018 Exam Pattern • CATexamination is divided into three parts • Quantitative aptitude • Data interpretation and logical reasoning • Verbal comprehension and learning • Verbal comprehension and logical reasoning comprise of 34 questions and quantitative aptitude comprise of 32 questions • It should be attempted in 60 minutes for each section
