  2. DDI - Codebook • Recently approved – will be officially published soon • Incorporates new metadata needed to capture portions of the GSBPM • Adds features that will facilitate automated translation to DDI-Lifecycle • Supports XHTML, qualified Dublin Core, and Controlled Vocabularies

DDI Lifecycle • Identification Issue • Broad range of requirements • Thanks to all who contributed to the discussion • Clearer model of an identifiable object in terms of its administrative and payload content • Increased flexibility in supporting various implementations of DDI • White paper covering the issue and solution will be published prior to 3.2

  4. DDI 3.2: review January 2012 • Range of consistency corrections • International strings • Question structures • Representations • Simplified Organization Scheme • Corrected Data Relationship and Statistics • Revised Geographic Structure and Location to make it truly reusable

  5. Working process and input • Identify an integrated system for bug tracking, commenting, discussion, and subversion • Provide access for direct submission of bugs and commenting on bugs, discussions, and solutions • Continue to support a subversion site for development versions of DDI
