  6. What to expect in Science • We will cover cells, human body, classification of all living organisms, & ecology. • Group projects, individual projects, class activities, experiments, quiet work and all different kinds of assessments. • Life Science Book- use class set, but students can check out a copy for home if needed.

  7. What I Expect! • Come to class prepared with pencil, notebook, colored pencils and a positive attitude. • Listen and follow directions the first time given • Show respect to others, self, and belongings. • Follow classroom procedures.

  8. Trojan Tokens • Students can receive tokens for modeling good behavior. • Tokens can accumulate to receive special privileges, attend parties, and spend at the Trojan Cart.

  9. Grading! • Total Points System • Tests and Projects count twice • Quizzes count one and one half • Daily grades, warm-ups, homework, notebook checks count once • The Weekly Challenge- bonus points offered each week.
