  2. Meetings Since Last TC SCP Plenary • SCP TEC #51 • 10-14 March 2014 • Sophia-Antipolis, France (ETSI)

Discussions, hot topics (1/4) • General issues, meeting schedule • Meeting organisation • The last meeting was a 5-day meeting • eUICC input represents the biggest part of the workload • Next meetings are all scheduled to be 5 day meetings • Meeting schedule until July 2014 proposed, ongoing checks on dates until the end of year 2014 • eCAT • Corrections to eCAT and eCAT Secure Channel were accepted (CRs provided) • CR were proposed for the API part of eCAT • Postponed for further work • An API ad hoc session (F2F or conference call) to be planned

Discussions, hot topics (2/4) • Embedded UICC (eUICC) • Draft specification • Draft 0.0.5 the specification is available • Input is delivered in pCRs • 2 pCRs were accepted and the draft specification updated accordingly • GSMA specification was attached to a LS to TEC • The document was presented to the meeting although there were objections from some members • There is no intention to copy or reference the full document • It is expected that interested companies will make contributions based on this document if required

Discussions, hot topics (3/4) • Liaison from/to 3GPP CT6 • LS on maximum delay due to NULL bytes • SCP TEC waits feedback from 3GPP2 before making CRs • Postponed to next TEC • LS on optimisation of power consumption of MTC devices • Discussed during the meeting • Postponed for further work at next meeting • LS on removal of 3GPP related text in TS 102 223 • 3GPP specific parameters were spotted • Removal is only possible after checking that 3GPP implement them (in TS 31.111

Discussions, hot topics (4/4) • Contactless API testing • Some LSs and discussion with TEST • Response LS was sent to TEST • Some points were postponed to the next TEC meeting for further work and discussion • Contactless • A LS from NFC Forum was checked on the management of multiple SEs and HCI/NCI • This document was provided for information, no specific action was required, • Waiting for the agreement on requirements • Contactless P2P is put on hold, as there is no new contribution

Documents sent back by Plenary • Coding of the SPI : SCP(14)000045 • Sent back due to security concerns from Oberthur Technologies • The CR was split into two CRs by Orange prior TEC • SCPTEC(14)000013 is postponed for further work • SCPTEC(14)000014r2 was accepted at TEC (and presented to this meeting) • There is an agreement in the group that those CRs can be considered separately
