Final “Ignite” Presentation • Format of the final presentations • 5 minutes long • Can use PowerPoint, Prezi, flip charts, or some other method of presenting • If using PowerPoint/Prezi: • 15-to-20 Slides, must auto-advance (e.g. every 15 seconds) • Set the auto-advance feature in PowerPoint • Animations: Set Advance Slide feature to go “Automatically after 00:15” • Slideshow \ Set Up Slideshow: Set “Advance Slides” to “use timings, if present” • Samples of the format available at: www.igniteshow.com

Guidelines: Final “Ignite” Presentation • ~30 seconds: • Info about you and 2 of your favorite inspirational quotes • Be creative and have fun w/ these slides! • ~30 seconds: • Information about your agency. Could include: size of your agency, budget, key value streams, performance metrics for your work-group, key leaders in your organization, etc. • Be creative here! • ~3 minutes: Presenting 3 innovations, 1st 3 boxes for each innovation • You will have an opportunity during training to ID possible innovations • Title/Intro to the Innovation, about/title of the process it addresses, and work-group(s) that might be involved in the innovation • A3 Box #1 – Why Change is Needed • A3 Box #2 – Current State • A3 Box #3 – Future State • ~30 seconds: • Tell us why you want to be a Black Belt, how you anticipate keeping in touch w/ one another after training, and how do you anticipate leveraging the Peak Academy after training? • Add other items here about yourself, about innovation, and/or about Peak Academy • Have fun & be creative!

Ignite Prep– METRICS within your A3s • Think of one innovation that you might want to address after the training • Start an A3 on a blank sheet of paper • Fill out the first 3 boxes: • Why Change is Needed • Current State – Add METRICS! • Future State – Add METRICS! 4.
