2. MARINERS v ANGLES 1-2 The Mariners in Anthemia playing the Angles Erving Santana going for the halos coming off a no hitter vs. the Indians, Felix Hernandez goes for the M’s. Bottom 3 Trumbo the rookie at the plate Angles still looking for there first hit Trumbo gets all of this one a mammoth shot his 22nd on the Season the angles take a 1-0 lead. The Angles again in the 7th Kendrick leads off with a single next batter Hunter he singles on a grounder up the middle Kendrick speeds to 3rd. Then after Abreu pops out to Ackley Wells up and he hurts the M’s again in this series he singles to left Kendrick walks home it’s 2-0. Santana takes a shutout to the 9th inning first batter Ackley he grounds out to 2nd then next batter Carp he decides to end the shutout himself he gets a change up high in the zone and crushes it right a solo blast 1-2 now. Walden would come into finish the 9th he gets wells to pop out and Bard to strike out. The M’s loss despite Felix going 8 innings striking out 12 allowing just 4 hits no walks and just 2 runs, the game ends after a brief 2 hours and 7 minutes 1-2 final.

MARINERS v RANGERS 6-7 The Mariners playing the rangers in game 2 of the series Alexi Ogando for the ranger and Michael Pineda for the M’s 2 young right hangers in game 2 the hottest game in Mariners history105 degrees. Top 1 with 1 out Jack Wilson up he Walks then Ackley singles past Kinsler and into right Wilson run towards 3rd he’s safe. Runner at the corners 1 down Carp up he hits a grounder the right side of the pitchers mound Ogando’s only play is to first Wilson scores it’s 1-0. Ackley on 2nd Kennedy batting he hits a hard line drive into left Ackley rounds 3rd comes home throw by Hamilton is offline Napoli fields the ball and throws the ball to 2nd Kennedy is gunned out. But the rangers answer right back in the bottom of the frame. With one out Endy Chaves up and he put a sweet swing on this one drive too right Center Guti giving a look and it’s gone just clears the fence for a solo shot 1-2 Mariners. Next batter Hamilton he single up the middle then Young playing 3rd base sends a fly ball deep back goes Guti again giving a look and it’s off the top of the fence just misses being a home run Hamilton speeds around 3rd and scores Young into 2nsd with a RBI double. Top 2 now Olivo leads off he doubles then Gutierrez singles and Robinson walks to load the bases Seager up bases loaded no one out Seager grounds to 2nd Kinsler flips to Andrus he fires to first and completes the double play run score it’s 3-2. The Ranger responded again Moreland leads off with a walk then Quintanilla lays down a sac bunt Kinsler now up he hits a slow roller Wilson charges throws and gets the runner Moreland to 3rd then Chavez with 2 down singles to left run scores game tied again at 3. Jack Wilson leads off the op of the 3rd with a single then 2 batters later Carp singles Wilson goes 1st to 3rd for the 2nd time in the game then Kennedy he drives a ball down the right field line it roles to the wall Wilson score easily Carp goes 1st to home Kennedy digging for 3 and he’s goanna get it next batter Olivo he flies to right deep enough o score Kennedy 6-3 Mariners M, The M’s score in the first 3 innings. We jump all the way to the 7th Moreland walks then 2 batter s later Kinsler flies deep to right Robison running out of room and it’s gone 2 runs shot his17th of the year 5-6 Marines. Bottom 8 now Cruz walks 2 batters later Torrealba up he drives this ball over the head of Suzuki in right Cruz got good speed he goes first to home game tied a t 6. Bottom 9 the game is never over with the Texas bats. First batter Kinsler he walks then Chavez lays down a bunt he’s got good wheels the throw form Olivo is not in time Hamilton up and he hits a loping ball into the left center field gap Kinsler rounds 3rd he’s goanna score final 7-6 in walk off fashion.

4. MARINERS v RANGERS 4-3 The Marines look to avoid the 3game sweep sending Vargas to take the hill vs. Derek Holland. Top 2 with 1 out Gutierrez singles Wells walks and then Seager singles, Bases loaded for Robinson he hits dribble out in front of the plate Holland tries to flip the ball with hid glove the ball gets stuck he again tires to flip it but with his hand but it’s to late Gutierrez scores it’s 1-0 Mariners. Top 3 no one out Ackley singles the Carp dose the rest he gets a hold of this one to strait away center field it just clear the center field fence for a home run 3-0 Marines. Bottom 4 Vargas got a shutout say good bye to that Hamilton up first pitch of the inning he sends this one down the line into the corner of the right field seats for a solo blast 1-3 now. Bottom 5 now Kinsler up with a man one sends this pitch deep back back and it just clears the left field fence for a 2 run blast game tied at 3. Top 7 Carp leads of with a single then 2 batters later Gutierrez singles Carp to 2nd, next batter Wells he gets a fastball and rips it a hard ground ball that skips off Young’s glove and into left Carp rounds 3rd he score 4-3 Marines on top and they’d keep it that way and avoid the sweep of the rangers as Vargas gets his first win since his complete game over Philadelphia.

5. RED SOX v MARINERS 6-4 The Red Sox’s come to town to open up a 3 game set against the series John Lackey takes on Blake Beavan. Bottom 1 M’s attack Lackey early Ichiro leads off with a double then Gutierrez singles and Ackley walks to load the bases Carp up and he swings first pitch and singles up the middle Ichiro and Gutierrez score M’s up 2-0. The Sox’s responded right back Ortiz up he gets a hold of a fastball and hits it deep to strait away center field deep Guti at the track the wall leaps up and it’s gone a solo shot his 24th on the year 1-2 now. Next batter Carl Crawford he singles then with Saltilamacia batting he steals 2nd Saltilamacia swings and hits a bullet towards first the ball takes a terrible hop and bounces into Smoak’s face he would leave with a broken nose. Then 2 batters later Avilas up he files to right Ichiro makes the catch tagging is Crawford and he’d safe 2-2 all tied up. After Rodriguez single a Robinson single and a Gutierrez walk the bases were loaded for Ackley he delivers on a single to right Rodriguez scores it’s 3-2. Bottom 4 now Gutierrez with 1 man down he singles then Guti gets his exercise as he steals 2nd. 2 batters later Carp he doubles off the wall in center Guti scores it’s 4-2. Top 5 now Jed Lowrie leading off and he dose the work all by himself 2nd pitch fastball he crushes deep right and it’s off the hit it here Café window 3-4. Top 6 now Saltilamacia leads off with a single then after Reddick sees Ortiz and Lowrie homer he wants to join in on the fun and he crushes one and its outta here 5-4 now. Top 7 the Sox’s looking for insurance Gonzalez leads off with a Double Pedroia lays down a sac bunt the Ortiz singles Gonzalez scores it’s 6-4. That’s the Final Seattle loss the opener against the red sox after 3 different home runs by the red sox.

6. Red sox v MARINERS 4-5 After a devastating loss in game 2 the Mariners look to rebound with King Felix on the hill vs. Josh Beckett. Bottom 1 the First pitch of the ballgame from Beckett is swung on and given a ride it wraps around the foul poll and into the seat s in right field Ichiro’s 2nd on the year M’s up1-0 after 1 pitch. Next batter Gutierrez he singles then Ackley doubles Guti to 3rd. Carp up now and he singles up middle on the 2nd base side into the right center gap it’s cut off and that hold Carp to a singles Gutierrez and Ackley both score 3-0 M’s. 2 batters later Casper Wells gets hold of one drives it to left center and it’s into the bullpen for a 2 run shot 5 Seattle in the first. Top all ready runners on 2nd and 3rd Pedroia flies to right Ichiro makes the catch throw to the plate Ellsbury can move throw 1 hops the Catcher Bard he is blindsided at the plate safe is the call but after the umps talk it over they reverse the call take another look Bard never drops the ball. Top 6 now after Scutro leads off with a triple Ellsbury he gets hold of Felix's sinker and rides it into the right filed seats a 2 run bomb 5-2. 3 batters later Gonzalez on first Pedroia at the plate and he goes opposite fields for a homer another 2 run shot the Sox’s make it a 1 run game. But the M’s hold on for a 5-4 Victory Hernandez gets the W despite allowing 4 runs on 9 hits.

7. CHIVAS USA v SOUNDERS 0-0 The Seattle Sounders coming off a dramatic win over Sporting KC look to defeat the Chivas USA who currently are in position for a wild card spot. In the 18th minute Park sends a free kick to Fernandez at the left corner of the 18 yard box where he tries to chip the ball past the Defender but it deflects off his hand a penalty kick is awarded to the Sounders Fernandez takes it he sends a ball on the ground it bounces off the post off the back of goalie Dan Kenndy and out of play, a great opportunity for the sounders. The sounders had another opportunity in the 50th minute Alonso steals the ball from the Chivas then pass to Rosales he pass to Firberg at the top of the area he tries his luck at a shot it deflects off a defender to Pat Noonan at the right side of the 6yard box he slides and pokes a shot on target but Kennedy reacts and pushes the ball away still 0-0. That’s the way this one would end the sounders had multiple opportunities to score but just came up short as they receive 1 point making it a total of 40.
