  18. US Lacrosse Men’s Game Officials Training and Certification Administration About Men’s Game Certification Requirements for initial Level 1, 2 or 3 Men’s Game Officials Certification **This is an annual requirement. Officials who do not finish his/her certification in the year he/she completed this requirement will have to have it re-completed in the current year. Upon completion of a Level 1 or 2 certification, the official will be eligible to enroll in the next level ( 2 or 3) certification program.

  19. US Lacrosse Men’s Game Officials Training and Certification Administration About Men’s Game Certification Level 1, 2 or 3 Re-Certification Once officials achieve a Level certification, they need to maintain this certification annually for the highest level certification program they have completed. This is known as re-certification. Officials have from January 1 through April 30 to complete their annual recertification requirements. If recertification requirements are not completed by this date, their certification is officially expired. **These certification requirements cannot be entered until January 1 of each year. Note: If at ANY time an official lets his/her membership lapse (does not renew by September 30, all of his/her certifications will IMMEDIATELY expire and the member will only have a pending certification or re-certification on record. It is HIGHLY recommended that active officials not let this occur since it will affect his/her training history and records in a negative manner.
