Java and Air updates may occur. The recommendation is to turn off the auto update feature. If a java/air update request occurs during launch of TDC, typically the TDC cannot complete the launch. The result is a blue or white screen.   34. iPad®Setup - Test Delivery Client Update • Step 1 - • Update existing TDC App (Updated App with Content) • Step 2 – • Launch TDC, Guided Access, Allow Client Access, Verify Install iPad Setup – Test Delivery Client Install • Download and Install the updated Client app • Launch the TDC. • Launch Guided Access and add the Passcode. • The app will auto set landscape lock. • Content • IREAD-3 Summer content will be updated in the app. • Verify the Install: • Login using an iPad Readiness ticket. • Allow client access to photo gallery. • If the application launches and login completes, then the application has been setup correctly.

For a Positive Testing Experience Positive Testing Experience • Restrict intensive bandwidth use during testing (VoIP, Payroll, Drop box) • Screen savers/power management set to a longer timeout • Consider Smartphone/Other Device Bandwidth Usage • Restore software (Deep Freeze, etc.) configured to retain test data after reboot • Text To Speech –Volume on and MP3 files allowed. • Allow *.CTB • Allow IPs (If IPs are used at site) • All other applications closed on testing machines during the test • For a Positive Testing Experience… • Verify few workstations prior to testing • Anti-virus software full scans scheduled after testing hours

  48. General Nav D3 Demo 3: Group Selector and Filters Group Selector feature: The “Group Selector” feature is present on most TAS pages. Clicking the Gray Arrow (left of name) to turn and point at the heading name collapses/hides the options under that heading. Clicking the Gray Arrow (left of name) to the down position expands options under that heading. Highlighting a name will filter and display data about that entity level – corporation, school or class/teacher. Slide 48
