  4. Castelle FaxPress Plus Overview Castelle FaxPress Plus is a complete network fax solution. Benefits provide all Add-On features and integrated solutions at NO ADDITIONAL cost. Software Development Kit is a free download to all our customers. • Includes all necessary hardware and software • Desktop PC faxing • Fax-to-Email integration • Production faxing • Workflow and Document Management Integration • Integration with Scanners and Multi-Function Printers (MFP) • Tools for developing custom fax applications • Support for leading network environments

Configuring the FaxPress Plus Server Embedded Services (DEMO) • Fax Archive – Moves faxes and meta data (including transaction logs) off the fax server to a storage server and database. • System Backup – Makes backup of fax server system configuration, users, faxes (daily or ad hoc). • Email Gateway – Allows send/receive of faxes to/from Exchange and SMTP compatible mail servers. • System Restore – Restores the same or different (same number of line) fax server from a “system backup”.

  6. Configuring the FaxPress Plus Server Embedded Services (DEMO) • Active Directory Synchronizer – Creates deletes FaxPress Plus users based on members of Active Directory groups. Also adds users to email gateway and allows single sign on with the FaxPress Plus client. • Drop Fax – Drops incoming faxes on a per user or per line (analog only) basis to shared network folders as TIF or PDF files. • Xerox Interface – Allows sending faxes from Xerox MFP devices that support LAN FAX function.

Configuring the FaxPress Plus Server Other Add ins from the CD (DEMO) • Email Components • Exchange Connector – Installed on the Exchange Server for email to FAX connectivity. • Outlook Direct – Outlook add in which give email to fax and fax to email integration with no mail server. • Lotus Notes – FaxPress Integration Script for Domino Server which creates Fax via FaxPress Plus elements in users mail template. • Lotus Notes – Lotus Notes Gateway – Native Lotus Notes Gateway that runs separate from the Fax Server.

Configuring the FaxPress Plus Server Other Add ins from the CD (DEMO) • MFP Connectors • eCopy – Connector for eCopy ShareScan OP v3.x and 4.x. • Ricoh GlobalScan – Connector for server based Ricoh GlobalScan v2.0. • Sharp OSA2 (obtain via Tech Support) – Connector for Sharp AR and MX MFPs enabled for OSA2. • EFI SendMe/DocSend (obtain via Tech Support) – Connector for EFI SendMe and IKON DocSend scan stations. • Other MFPs with no native connector can be supported via eCopy, EFI and connetion via SMTP and the embedded email gateway service.
