  5. Academic Pillar Strategy • Continue to enforce Study Hall and ESP • Continue to incentivize academic success • Keep company aware of school resources • AO continues to enforce the standard on class absences

Military Assessment • P • Strengths • Improvements in Formation • Improvements in Parade • Drastic improvement regarding first class violations • Very few issues with guard (compared to last year) • Weaknesses • Discipline in the ranks (morning and lunch formation) • Sophomore fourth class violations

Military Pillar Strategy • Enforce standards all the time every time • Utilize Drill Master for Parade • Set high expectations – follow through with consequences if not met • Utilize weekend duty teams and SPOT CHECK them throughout the weekend • Hold rising Juniors on a SHORT leash • Senior Chain of Command Presence at Formation

  11. Moral-Ethical Pillar Strategy • Have a good HA team put together, not just for knobs but for whole company • Make sure you have good members of CCEC • Sergeants and assigned corporals complete AAR together at regular intervals

  14. Physical Effectiveness Pillar Strategy • Utilize PSGs to conduct exercises • Make sure accountability is STRICTLY enforced in mornings • Coordinate w/ athletic officer for PT plans • Be creative, try new exercises

  15. Company Commander/TAC Comments • Emphasize the use of Chain of Command • Ensure that all rank holders understand responsibilities and what is expected • Do not micromanage, just ensure that people are doing their job • Lead RELATIONALLY – in the context of relationships • KNOW your people – their hopes, dreams, fears, insecurities
