  3. ACADEMIC ASSESSMENT • Strengths • Highest GPA in 4th Battalion (KNOBS -SEMESTER 1) • Great improvements in number of deficient cadets • Personal assistance through academic advisor • Weaknesses • Getting knobs to use their resources. • Breaking a weak academic culture.

  5. MILITARY ASSESSMENT • T • Strengths • Formations. • Major offenses decreased . • Alcohol problems eliminated. • Weaknesses • Accountability. • Strong Culture of Non Chalantness. • ENDURANCE.

MILITARY PILLAR STRATEGY • Sustain • Identify possible issues early on. • Empower/Utilize NCO’s. • Use Punishment/CAS/Paper Trail system • Improvements • Improve accountability by trust but verify. • Be in the right place at the right time. • Sacrifice a weekend or two and surprise the Duty Team/Knobs. • Find a way to motivate your team late in the year.

MORAL-ETHICAL ASSESSMENT Note: It is important to note that the Chain of command may not receive sexual assault/sexual harassment complaints or reports directly, as these critical matters may be heard and dealt with at higher levels within the Campus and Cadet Chain of Command. The Numbers above indicate our most current knowledgable numbers.

  9. MORAL-ETHICAL PILLAR STRATEGY • Sustain: • Continue honor education. • Zero tolerance of alcohol abuse. • Trust your sophomores. Until you can’t see them. • Improve: • Stronger emphasis of responsibilities of rank holders.

  10. PHYSICAL EFFECTIVENESS ASSESSMENT • Strengths • All Seniors eligible to participate in ring ceremony and graduation. • Weaknesses • Emphasize the importance of height/weight. • Effective workouts at Morning PT. • NCO’s command presence during morning PT.

  12. PHYSICAL EFFECTIVENESS PILLAR STRATEGY • Sustain: • Strong Athletic Officer Involvement • Pride in intramurals • Creating an environment that keeps people engaged. • Improve: • Communication of intramural events. • Motivating people to give max effort on CPFT. (too many bare minimums)

Overall Assessment • November Company is a unit that has plenty of potential to grow into a much better unit than it has been this year and years prior. • There is a strong culture there that is a result of lack of consistency. -TACS, CO/XO graduating early, lost key leadership to disciplinary actions. • Strength lies in rising junior class (‘19) and their ability to continue molding rising sophomore class(‘20). • Improvements to N Co were made this year due to strong presence and relationship of TAC, Co and 1SGT.
