2. What do we do? In the first instance - the same as any other school: 1. Employ good quality teachers. 2. Excellent Senior Management Team. 3. Monitor the quality of Teaching & Learning. 4. Fully utilise a £5.5 million budget. 5. 7 day site - Adult Education, - Community use, - Local groups & societies. 6. Increase use of ICT as a tool to support learning. 7. Adapt “traditional” attitudes to : Uniform, : Homework, : Discipline, : Relations with parents. 8. Involve parents as much as possible in the education process.

3. So what else do we do? - other than the ordinary to improve pupils achievement - OTHER THAN BY TEACHING ALONE (After all - we can’t get our teachers to work any harder)
