SL Division Task Force on the S072/S073 Industrial Service Contracts • Mandate • Role and tasks of the people employed on the two contracts • Evaluation of the future work profile of these people • Identification of which result-oriented approach activities appear to be feasible • Identification of those activities presently executed by contract labour, which should be performed by CERN staff.

SL Division Task Force on the S072/S073 Industrial Service Contracts • Summary of our proposal : • Creation of two industrial support groups for the division. • The section structure and eventually additional substructures will facilitate the formulation of the R/O part of the contract • The contract will need a few additional high-level engineers/technicians/administrators

  23. SL Technical Specification Committee • Divisional committee to oversee all Market Surveys and Technical Specifications for large contracts • The mandate for this committee is to assist engineers and technicians in charge of future contracts to have a uniform approach to these documents
