  1. PMT Bases • PMT bases for DU 1 already available • Tender already finish, PRR done and production on going

  2. Octopus • 50 sets arriving in August • Mass production • Components already ordered • PCB production still to be approved • KVI negotiating to have the first batch of mass production by October. Another possibility under study is to increase to 75 the batch of 50

  3. CLB • Production of 38 CLBs to be launched this/next week • 38 FPGA available • Octopus connectors available • AHRS? • Funding available (INFN/Nikhef) • Clear layout modifications? • To be produced, if possible, by the same company that has won the CLB tender.

  4. CLB • Mass Production: • Tender almost finished: Purchase of components will start in a few weeks. • 400 FPGAs to arrive by beginning September • The real dead line: Final gerbers to be provided by then.

  5. PB • Production of 40 PB to be launched this/next week • PBv2.3 tests OK? • Funding available (INFN/Nikhef) • To be produced, if possible, also by the same company that has won the CLB tender.

  6. PB • Mass Production: • BOM file and gerbers of last PB versionto be providedthis/nextweekto INFN tostartthepurchasingprocess. Purchase of componentswillstartasap. • Note: Monitoringcomponentsshould be removed fromthe BOM file. • Green ligthforproduction can be given as soon as PBv2.3 isfullyvalidated -> End of July?? • To be produced, if possible, also by the same company that has won the CLB tender.

  7. PRR • End of July?: Depending only on the status of the documentation. • Required tests (1/2 DOM, EMC, climate, etc) results to be included on the PRR documentation only if possible. • Real deadline for tests: Start of CLB production (Beginning September)
