Benefits of Coaching Tutors, students and teachers should refine tutorials together • Tutorial workshops are time consuming and take tutors away from students. • Tutors learn in isolation • Students don’t learn with tutors • Practice does not reflect reality Job Embedded training allows everyone to learn and grow together. 17
