  4. AGE COMPANY HISTORY The company is established on April 25, 2014 in Tirana. It is established by merging the ability and experience as shareholder and administrator in several companies, such as: “Wonder Power” sha; “Alpower” sha; “Bashota Power” shpk; “Hydro Valbona” shpk; “EnergoSas” shpk; “Hydroborsh” shpk and “DriniiBardhe” sha (the last one in the Republic of Kosovo), which exercised their activity in the field of energy including technical consultancy. The company “ALBANIAN GENERAL ELECTRICITY” sh.a., is resident in Tirana. Address: Boulevard “Zhan D’Ark”, Tower 3, Ap. 2/2, Tirana. It is registered in the national Register Center with identification number: L41706021V.

Construction of voltage lines and interconnection lines of all voltage levels. Management and operation of different energetic plants. Optimal technical and economic operation of hydropower plants, thermo power plants and other electricity production plants such as wind units, geothermal and solar, etc. Selling of electricity to different private and state clients and operator, inside and outside the country. Electricity transmission in the high voltage system, including international transmission or interconnection. Utilization of lines system, transforming and controlling support structures and equipment for electricity transmission. Acting like a transmission operator system in order to perform electricity transmission activity and dispatching (production regulation or adjustment) of electricity according to customers requirements, at national level. AGE Experience • The company has started its activity in the field of energy from the year 2002. • Concession agreement of ROT type for Bogova HPP with an installed capapcity of 2.5 MW, in Skrapari. The agreement duration is 30 years. In order to operate this agreement, Mr. Llapashtica was one of the shareholders of the concessionaire company “Wonder Power” sha., until March 11, 2014. • Concession agreement of BOOT type for Sasaj HPP, Sarande with an installed capapcity of 8,4 MW. In order to operate this agreement, Mr. Llapashtica was one of the three shareholders of the concessionaire company “Energo Sas” shpk., until April 24, 2014. HYDROENERGY

( Dobrusha HPP, 10 MW ) • November 2011 – Present (4 years )  Prizren Municipality, RepublIc of Kosovo • Managing the concession for construction of Dobrusha Hydro Power Plant in Republic of Kosovo, dealing with government procedure defined by Kosovo legislation, negotiation with suppliers of technology for the plant, etc. • Shareholder • HYDROBORSH Ltd (Fterra & Fterra 1 HPP , 3 MW ) • August 2009 – Present (5 years) Tirana, Albania • Managing since the day one, the process of winning the BOT concession for Hydro Power Plants in Borsh and implementation of the project: • Identifying the Borsh as a feasible location to build a HPP. Ordering and coordinating the competition of the feasibility study.• Performing several site visits, building excellent communication bridges with the local community of Lukova. Keeping continuously contacts with local people. • Receiving the preliminary approval to build hydro power plants in Borsh from the local government of Lukova Commune.• Following up concessionary process of Borsh with every state-agency involved on the concession. Member of negotiation team for the Borsh concession agreement with the Ministry of Economy. • CEO & Shareholder • HYDRO-VALBONA Ltd ( Valbona HPP, 102 MW ) • September 2007 – 2009 (3 years) Tirana,Albania • Managing the concession for construction of Hydro Power Plants of Borsh in Saranda, dealing with government procedure defined by Albanian legislation, negotiation with suppliers of technology for the plant, etc. • Administrator & Shareholder • Wonder Power sha. ( Bogova HPP, 2,5 MW ) • September 2003 – Present (11 years ) Bogove, Skrapar • Managing the company in its entire activity in terms of identifying and selecting new directions for expanding the activity, identifying and establishing partnerships with other businesses, negotiation with government institutions, representation of the company in professional and business community events, etc. Managing the ROT concession of Hydro Power Plant of Bogova in Skrapar. Ordering and coordinating the competition of the feasibility study.• Performing several site visits, building excellent communication bridges with the local community of Curraj. Keeping continuously contacts with local people. • Receiving the preliminary approval to build hydro power plants in Curraj from the local government of Lekbibaj Commune.• Following up concessionary process of Curraj with every state-agency involved on the concession. Member of negotiation team for the Curraj concession agreement with the Ministry of Economy.• Team leader on the key step of preparing the competitive bid for the tender. • Identifying ATEL ( ALPIQ ) as strategic investor and building a partnership with them. Coordinator between ATEL and other investors.• Identifying RWE as strategic investor and building a partnership with them. • Directing the preliminary work and contacts will local governments regarding the expropriation that will start in a near future.• Researching and short-listing the respective providers of the power plant technology, civil works and full project design. With Albanian, Montenegrin and Macedonian companies, specialized in tunnel construction, the negotiations have started HYDROENERGY
