What I have learnt • Include- • Sports you have completed Football • Activities you have completed Dribbling, header, passing, floating, controlling the ball with different parts of our body • Games you have played Monkey in the middle, 2 v 1 keep ball, keep ball invasion • Memories from the activity6 v 6 match, we played in the rain when it is really cold,

  3. Learner Profile Links • What Learner Profile points have you been able to demonstrate in the units of work? I am able to demonstrate risk taker ( I tried different positions even though I’m not good at it) and also communications( I communicate well with my team mates, telling them to pass the ball to us when they are in trouble or if they need help) • Show evidence, use images, videos etc

What I can do to improve • What must you do to improve your level. • This can include- • Skills to improve I should improve my passing (harder and more accurate passes) and have a better stamina and agility so I can play the game for a longer period of time without getting tired and able to change direction quickly without falling down. • Listening to the teachers/following instructions I should listen to all the instructions that the teacher told us and do what they say without hesitating. • Practicing more I can practice my soccer skills during lunch time and also join soccer SISAC so we can improve our skills. Also, we can run 3k everyday so it will improve our stamina • Attending Go to every classes

What I definitely know from my Mock Exam • Include - • Strengths from the exam I was able to label the diagram correctly • Questions that I answered well I answered well in questions that are related to blood cells • ‘Positive’ percentages from sections For section A I got 77.5% and for section B I got 70 percent • Personal confidence in topics I was confidence in answering questions about blood cells

What I found difficult in my Mock Exam • Include - • Weaknesses from the exam I didn’t know the definitions for stroke volume and tdal volume, I got them confused. • Questions that I answered poorly I didn’t know how to do the table question where they ask you what happen immediately to the respiratory system after exercise • ‘Negative’ percentages from sections I got 22.5% for section A and 30% for section B • Topics of particular weakness The topic I had difficulty in was about respiration

Action Plan for Improvement • What I must do to improve my grade: • Include - • Revising key topics and areas of weakness. • Using the Revision Booklet to practice past paper exam questions. • Understand the ‘style’ of questioning and reading the questions properly. • Learning key terms and definitions, using Quizlet and Ilearn. • Re-read sections of the text book, especially areas you found difficult.
