  2. What I have learnt • We have learnt Netball. There are a few position in Netball: Goal Shooter, Goal Attack, Wing Attack, Wing defend, Goal defense and Goal keeper. Every position got their own job to do for the team. And the rules are different with the basketball, such as “No dribbling”. • We have learnt Gynastic, too. There are a few things you have to notice when you are doing Gynastic. For example, you have to warm up before you do your activities. Because Gynastic is taking risk every time when you are doing Activities.

  3. Learner Profile Links • What Learner Profile points have you been able to demonstrate in the units of work? I chose Learner Profile “Thinker” and “Risk Taker” because I always think before I did sports, things that we need to remember, and demonstrate. For example, when you are doing 100 metres you have to move your arm up and down and keep your head down so that the wind won’t have a larger area to block you from air resistance. When you are playing Netball, you have to run around to find a space for you team mate to pass to you. When you are doing gynastic, you have to remember things such as when you are doing a dive roll, you have to remember to keep your body in a diving position. Me and Kevin gave up our lunch time just for this routine, because to get 100% correct action, you have to practice a lot.

  4. What I can do to improve • What must you do to improve your level: I have to improve my stumina and my speed. In 1500 metres, my stamina are not enough to use, and my speed are also not engough In 100 metres, my starting was not very good, because I was slow when teacher start recording time.

  5. What I definitely know from my Mock Exam • Include - • Strengths from the exam • Questions that I answered well • ‘Positive’ percentages from sections • Personal confidence in topics

  6. What I found difficult in my Mock Exam • Include - • Weaknesses from the exam • Questions that I answered poorly • ‘Negative’ percentages from sections • Topics of particular weakness

  7. Action Plan for Improvement • What I must do to improve my grade: • Include - • Revising key topics and areas of weakness. • Using the Revision Booklet to practice past paper exam questions. • Understand the ‘style’ of questioning and reading the questions properly. • Learning key terms and definitions, using Quizlet and Ilearn. • Re-read sections of the text book, especially areas you found difficult.
