  7. Beef Promotion Operating Committee • 20 members: • 10 Beef Board; • 10 State Beef Council • Considers ARs; must contract with national, non-profit, industry-governed organizations to implement • Must approve by 2/3 vote • Subject to USDA approval

  9. CBB Executive Committee • 11 members elected by full Beef Board • Includes 3 officers and past CBB chairman as ex-officio member • Meets 5 times annually plus conference calls, as needed

  10. Carries out Beef Board policies – acts on behalf of Board, subject to approval by full Board Administers terms and provisions of the Order between meetings of full Beef Board Executive Committee Responsibilities
