UPDATES & REMINDERS LEAs/PSAs submit any ISD ARRA expenditures to ISD for reimbursement • MDE is closely monitoring the draw down of ARRA funds ISD/LEA/PSAs planning on recoding any Regular IDEA ARRA grant funds • Activities and expenditures must be approved first through an amendment to applications

  16. UPDATES & REMINDERS • July 5 - ARRA Section 1512 Report due • 2011-12 Special Education Flowthrough and Enhancing Opportunities for Students with Disabilities grants are live in MEGS • Estimated Allocations loaded • Submit by July 1

UPDATES & REMINDERS • Due Process Complaints/Hearings- NOTstate complaints • Resolution session within 15 days (7 for MDR) • Both parties can agree to waive resolution session • OSE-EIS will send district resolution summary form • LEA is required to provide OSE-EIS with resolution summary information
