  3. Protocollen NHG standaarden (gebaseerd op ADEPD) Implementatie Protocollen (HIS) door SHO op afstand, zo nodig in de praktijk Servicedesk Ondersteunde Hissen: Promedico ASP, Medicom, Mira, Microhis, HetHis, Omnihis Scipio Zorginhoudelijk verantwoordelijkheid bij de zorggroep

  4. Extractie HA werkt in eigen HIS Lokale installatie extractiesoftware (evt. bij ASP) Periodieke extractie: Selectie patiënten op basis van ICPC (R95) Geselecteerde gegevens worden ge-upload naar centrale database bij SHO Terugkoppeling patiëntlijsten en datakwaliteit
