Wolf Robotics – Company Background • 1944 - Heath Engineering begins, and creates oxy-fuel cutting machines • 1978 - ESAB Automation acquires Heath, and introduces robotic welding solutions to North America • 1993 - ABB acquires ESAB Automation • 2003 - Rimrock Corporation (already ABB’s largest systems integrator) acquires ABB’s North American systems businesses

  4. Wolf Robotics • Welding Division of Rimrock Automation, comprising 3 facilities • Over 80 people focused on robotic arc welding • Located in a 110,000 sq. ft. facility • Expertise in large weldments and heavy arc-welding
