CSPA Conference 2011 • Council for State Personnel Administration (CSPA) • 2011 Conference Dates: Wednesday, September 28th – Friday, September 30th • GaBreeze Special Sessions and HR Expo will be on Wednesday, 28th • Registration/Continental Breakfast will be 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. • Highlights will include Annual Enrollment Preview and video experience of the GaBreeze Benefits Center • Lunch featuring exciting, published speaker • No charge for attending Day One of the conference • Conference Location: Georgia World Congress Center - Building A in the Main Hall • For questions or assistance contact: craig.southern@spa.ga.gov

  4. 2012 Annual Enrollment Dates: • Tuesday, October 11th* - Thursday, November 10th * Opens at 1:00 a.m. EST

Plan Design/Premium Changes for AE 2012 • Dental Plans • Regular and PPO Dental – UCCI • Increase in premiums* • No changes to the plan design • DHMO – CIGNA • Increase in premiums* • No changes to the plan design *Premium amounts will be listed on the 2012 Rate Sheet *Admin fee increased to 90 cents for each Flex Benefit (except FSA)

Plan Design/Premium Changes for AE 2012 • Employee, Spouse, Child Life and AD&D Plans – Minnesota Life • Plan Enhancements • Child Life • Removed the limitation for 0 - 6 months ($6,000 cap) • Child coverage can begin at live birth • Automatic coverage of $3,000 for a newborn child if the child dies within 30 days of birth but prior to the employee enrolling for child life coverage • Employee/Spouse Life • Legacy Planning Services: End-of-life planning and resources

GaBreeze Enhancements for AE 2012 • GaBreeze Mobile Access (Effective: August 2011) • Employees participating in the dental and vision plans can access benefit information on their mobile device • Links to find a dentist or eye doctor • Check co-pay and deductible information • View coverage details

GaBreeze Enhancements for AE 2012 • GaBreeze Confirmation Number • Employees will receive a Confirmation Number upon successful completion of their online Annual Enrollment on the completed successfully page on the GaBreeze Website • Additional changes will be permitted online during the remainder of the Annual Enrollment period. • Employees will retain the same Confirmation Number • Date/Time Stamp will update to reflect the most recent completion • Employees should print a copy of the Confirmation Number page for their records

GaBreeze Enhancements for AE 2012 • SHPS Account Access • Employees will be able to access their Health Care and Dependent Care accounts using the link to SHPS. • When employees utilize the link to SHPS, they will automatically be authenticated and will not have to login/register at the SHPS site • Long Term Care Plan – Enhanced Enrollment • Employees will have a better enrollment experience for the long term care plan on the GaBreeze website • If employees want to enroll or need to make changes to their long term care plan, they will be able to indicate during the Annual Enrollment process flow

Booklet • Benefits At-a-Glance Brochure • What’s New for 2012? • NOTE: Annual Enrollment materials will be posted online by Monday, September 26th • Materials will be available on the GaBreeze and Team Georgia web sites

Reminders for AE 2012 • Annual Benefit Base Rate (ABBR) for PY 2012 • Upload employee’s annual benefit salary changes as of October 1, 2011 • This process is for Manual Agencies only • Report salary changes only; employee benefit salaries remaining the same are not needed • Email from Elvita Williams was issued on Monday, August 15th • Agencies will have two options for providing updates: • Enter ABBR for 2012 via Smart Forms on ERWS • Complete provided spreadsheet template and submit to Elvita Williams • Deadline to notify Elvita of which option is Friday, August 19th • Deadline to complete ABBR entry is Monday, September 19th • For questions, please contact elvita.williams@spa.ga.gov

Reminders for AE 2012 • GaBreeze Website (Pre-Annual Enrollment) • Employees should be encouraged to go online as soon as possible to verify and/or update their passwords • Employees should add their email address to the Personal Information section of the “Your Profile” page • Email address can be either work or personal • Quickens GaBreeze response time for replacement passwords to be issued • Employees should verify accuracy of addresses, zip codes, etc. • Gabreeze will provide a reminder for employees to enroll in Health Benefits • Link to the DCH Annual Enrollment site will be on GaBreeze

Reminders for AE 2012 • New Hires During Annual Enrollment • Employees, who are hired by November 1, 2011, will be required to enroll in Flexible Benefits for both Plan Year 2011 and 2012 • Current Plan Year for benefits effective December 1st • New Plan Year for benefits effective January 1st • If the employee fails to enroll for Annual Enrollment, no benefits will carry over for Plan Year 2012 • Pending Enrollment Report on ERWS will assist agencies • New hires who have not completed Annual Enrollment • Report will be produced daily during the Annual Enrollment period
