Keith Minella - Official Profile on TheMarque Keith Minella’s Biography Keith Minella is a Partner at Encore Subrogation, a firm that provides subrogation consulting services to insurance companies, healthcare providers, and private equity firms. A nationally recognized expert in insurance and subrogation claims, Keith Minella has founded several companies over the past 25 years, leveraging his extensive knowledge and expertise of the legal principles, recovery strategies, and asset values of subrogation rights. He holds memberships in the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and has testified as an expert witness in many subrogation arbitration proceedings. Keith is also the Head of Strategy at Allēus Health analytics, a firm he joined in 2018. Allēus is a leader in end-stage revenue recovery for the healthcare service provider industry. As Head of Strategy, Keith leads the research on the ongoing development of Mass Tort litigation (MDL) recovery products and services connected to uncompensated and under-compensated care. In 1996, Keith founded Subrogation Partners, which became one of the leading independent subrogation recovery firms in the United States, recovering more than $500 million for over 125 clients including five State Insurance Departments. Having handled virtually every type of property subrogation claim, Subrogation Partners was acquired by AON Corporation, the world’s largest insurance broker in 2008. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pace University. He is a highly sought-after leader in his field, often invited to speak at insurance and healthcare industry events.
