  1. ENHANCED BASIC EDUCATION INFORMATION SYSTEM (EBEIS)LEVEL 3 TRAINING FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS END of School Year Data (SY 2010-2011) As of MARCH 31, 2011 (Elementary level)

  2. Using your Internet Browser (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera, Netscape) key in the Enhanced B E I S website. ebeis.deped.gov.ph/beis make sure that you are connected (online) to the Internet.

  4. After typing the web site address, you are redirected to the homepage of EBEIS. You can now login using your username and password.

  5. USERNAME is the combination of the school code and the first four letters of the school name. Example: School Code: 101815 Name of School: Mangaldan Central School USERNAME = 101815mang

  6. PASSWORD is the combination of the school code and the first four letters of the school. Example: School Code: 101815 Name of School: Mangaldan Central School PASSWORD = 101815mang

  7. USERNAME = PASSWORD PASSWORD = USERNAME

  8. 101815mang ********** After typing your Username and Password click Sign-In button

  9. After signing-in the HOMEPAGE screen will appear.

  10. Click BEIS Data Entry to update your School Profile in any given School Year

  11. Click the Government Elementary School Profile (End of the SY Data)

  12. In the Report Year column, select 2011, Marto open the data entry for End of School Year Pupil Data.

  13. NOTIFICATION: “This school has no entry for the selected year. Please click HERE to create one.

  14. In this screen, you are now ready to encode. Use the TAB key or mouse to move to the next. After accomplishing the form, click Save to save the data.

  15. The only possible error after encoding the End of School Year (EOSY) Pupil Data is that if the data in the Number of Promotees / Graduates are higher than the number of enrollment as of March 31. Click Edit at the bottom of the EOSY Pupil Data page to edit the data and then save it again.

  16. After accomplishing the EOSY – Pupil Data, click the next tab, Causes of Dropouts.

  17. Click Here to display the data entry for the CAUSES OF DROPOUTS.

  18. You are now ready to encode the number of dropouts (Causes of Dropouts) that tally in the Pupil Data, if you don’t have dropouts just scroll down until you see the SAVE button.

  19. Click SAVE to save your work.

  20. After saving, Click the next tab, Physical Facilities

  21. Click HERE to display the data entry forPHYSICAL FACILITIES

  22. In here, you are now ready to type or encode the data on Existing Number of Instructional Rooms & Other Instructional Rooms. Drag or click the vertical scroll bar to see more data entry.

  23. In here, type the Existing Number of Non-Instructional Rooms, Existing Number of Rooms by Funding Source, these data should tally with the above data. Instructional Rooms Needing Repair, Existing Number of Classroom Furniture, Click vertical scroll bar again to see other data entry.

  24. In here, type the Existing Number of Toilets, Tick the Availability of Water Supply and Electrical Supply. After accomplishing the form, click Save to save your data entry.

  25. After saving, click the next tab PERSONNEL DATA-NAT’L

  26. Click HERE to open the PERSONNEL DATA entry

  27. In here, you are now ready to encode the data for Non-Teaching and Teaching Personnel. For Non Teaching, select the existing non-teaching position in the pull down menu and then type the data.

  28. Next is the Teaching position. Select the existing teaching position using the pull down menu, and then type the data.

  29. After encoding the non-teaching and teaching personnel, fill up the last 6 data entries. Handling Grades 1-6 and others, in here, you only consider the MTs and Ts position that actually teaching/working in the school, exclude the Preschool and SPED teacher Items. Then click SAVE to save the data.

  30. After saving, an error will be displayed, “Tally Column 5 of Nat’l-Funded Teaching Personnel to Column 7 of Teacher Assignment Tab” Click the TEACHER ASSIGNMENT TAB to correct the error.

  31. At the bottom, click EDIT to open the data entry for the TEACHER ASSIGNMENT.

  32. Type the data then click SAVE to save the data.

  33. After saving, Click the next tab, PERSONNEL DATA - LOCAL

  34. Click HERE to open the data entry for the Personnel Data – Locally Funded Teachers

  35. In here, you are now ready to encode the number of Locally Funded Teachers working in the School in Kindergarten and Elementary levels. Then Click Save after accomplishing the form.

  36. After saving, Click the next Tab, COMPUTER USAGE

  37. Click HERE to display the data entry for COMPUTER USAGE.

  38. You are now ready to encode the number of computers according to its usage and by its funding source. Type the data and click Save.

  39. After saving, Click the next tab, INTERNET CONNECTIVITY

  40. Click HERE to display the data entry for the INTERNET CONNECTIVITY

  41. In here, you are now ready to encode the Data on Internet Connectivity, Tick the BOX below if there is no service provider in the area, Enter DATA if you have an internet connection and save it. If you don’t have connections but there is an Internet provider in the area, just click SAVE.

  42. After finishing the data entry of all the tabs, review them to be sure of the completeness and correctness of the data encoded, remember that these data will be used for budgeting and policy making.

  43. SUBMISSION OF REPORT After reviewing and validating the data encoded, school heads are required to submit report online. REMEMBER that AFTER SUBMITTING the report you CANNOT EDIT your data anymore.

  44. Click BEIS Data Entry

  45. Click the Government Elementary School Profile (End of the SY Data)

  46. In the ACTION COLUMN with the report year 2011, Mar Click Submit Report

  47. Click SAVE to submit your report ONLINE

  48. After saving, the status of your report will now be changed from PREPARED to SUBMITTED.
