  1. LECTURE ON EBEIS PRIVATE SCHOOL PROFILE END OF SCHOOL YEAR DATA (MARCH 31, 2013) BY ALFREDO C. MEDRANO Planning Officer II

  2. Open a web browser like Google Chrome, type in the Address Bar the ebeis website: ebeis.deped.gov.ph/beisthen press <enter key>.

  3. The EBEIS Log-in Page

  4. Type your username, ex. 400003igam then type the password 400003igam then click Sign-in

  5. Main Menu School EBEIS Main Page or Menu

  6. Click the BEIS Data Entry in the main menu.

  7. Click the Private Elementary School Profile (End of the SY Data)

  8. In the Cut-off date, click 2013, Mar 31, to open the School Basic Information

  9. In the School Basic Information, you can only type the School head name and position, then scroll the page using the scroll bar to see the update button

  10. Click the Update to update the data and to move on to the data entry.

  11. Click Here to open the Table After saving, a message appeared Update successful, Click EOSY – Pupil Data to open the data entry for Pupil Data…..

  12. Read the instructions before encoding the data, use Tab key to move to the next, after entering your data, click Save button to save your data. If you want to edit your data, just click edit at the bottom

  13. Click Physical Facilities to open the Physical Facilities page/table, read the instructions and encode your data, then click Save button.

  14. Read the instruction first before encoding your data, then Click Save Button

  15. HOW TO SUBMIT THE SCHOOL PROFILE EOSY DATA ON-LINE Before submitting online, you must see to it that your data is correct, please go over all the Table, and when you are confident that your data are encoded correctly, in the Main Menu Click BEIS Data Entry.

  16. Click the BEIS Data Entry

  17. Select the School Profile to Submit

  18. In the Actions column, click Submit Button to submit the school Profile

  19. Click Submit Report to officially submit the School Profile online, take note that after submitting, you cannot edit your data anymore.

  20. If you want to encode the secondary school profile EOSY data, just follow the steps in slide 6 to 19, just select the Private Secondary School Profile EOSY Data when you reach slide 7.
