  1. Poem Task Your task is to create a poem using words associated with the word that you are given. The poem must: • Describe what the word means • Describe what it does • Explain how it works or why its needed • End with one word to describe the process or to describe the first word The poem must be structured as shown on the next page

  2. Poem structure • The first line has one word • The second line has two words • The third line has three words • The fourth line has four words • The fifth line has five words Your poem will make a diamond shape.
