  5. Simple Carbohydrates AKA…. Simple Sugars….. The Simplest Form of Carbs!! All Fruit, Most Vegetables (NO Potatoes or Corn), Candy, Soda, Table Sugar, Dairy Products (Milk, Yogurt & Ice Cream), Sugary Candy (Skittles, Dots, Tootsie Rolls…), Sugary Cereals (Corn Pops, Fruit Loops)
