  3. Why is Year 9 important? • GCSE options. • Embed skills and mindset that will ensure success at GCSE. • Some GCSE courses begin in Year 9. • Changes to GCSE.

  4. Attendance • There is no doubt that success at GCSE is linked to good attendance. 90% attendance = 1 day off a fortnight. 95% danger level.

  5. Homework See website for access to ‘Show My Homework’.
