Computer crime refers to any crime that involves a computer and a network. Cyber crime is also known as computer crime, digital crime, e-crime and electronic crime.

  4. Reasons for Cyber Crime • For persuit of fame and to gain reputation for intelligent. • To steal identity (identity theft) • To get revenge for someone they hate. • To forge document and messages. • Purely to pursue criminal activities. • For financial means.

  5. Effects of Cyber Crime.. • Loss of Revenue/Profits • Waste of Valuable Time • Damaged Reputition • Reduced Productivity

  6. Property of Infringement and Legal Right • Software Piracy • Freeware and Shareware • End User Licences Agreement (EULA)

  7. LESSON You have to be aware of some the cyber laws in the country by understanding the rules and regulations. You must careful and never get involve yourself in any cyber crime.
