Successes • Registered 75 new donors • Dedicated 42 roses to donor families • Created three quilt squares featured on Donate Life Northwest’s Threads of Life quilt • First hospital in the nation to achieve gold level status in the WPFL Hospital Campaign • Increased awareness about the importance of organ, eye and tissue donation within our medical center and surrounding community

  4. Event – November 2012 • Three-day donor registration drive • Rose dedication event • Threads of Life quilt making event

  5. Thanksgiving Week Donor Registration Drive • Registered 75 new donors • Raised awareness about the importance of donation

  6. Rose Dedication • 42 roses dedicated to donors by their families

  7. Threads of Life quilting event • Three quilt squares created honoring donors

  8. National Donate Life Month -- April 2013 • Four-day donor registration drive • Blue and Green Day Employee Celebration • Medal Ceremony
