Objectives of Session • Identify strategic areas to improve UIHO access to and use of health data • Learn what datasets are being used effectively • Learn how health information systems are being used effectively • Learn how other UIHOs are overcoming challenges with data • Identify pros and cons of clinic vs. population data

  4. Questions Do you have the data you need? What data sets do you access / use to tell your clinic’s story? How does your internal clinic data track with public data regarding your patient population and community?
