  19. CCR Maintenance Features • Auto-calibrationreduces preventative maintenance costs • All ratings are dry-type, convection air-cooled. No cooling fans required. • Roll-out Power Pack with locking ‘service position’ • provides the ability to service components without reaching into the enclosure. • No rear access is required. • Power Packs are interchangeable for Output Transformer rating changes. • Separate control electronics compartment is provided with hinged panel for ease of access. • Control electronic components are modular with plug-in connectors for quick removal and insertion

Personnel Safety Features • Control and power components are fully isolated for increased safety • All high voltage bus and connections are fully guardedfor personnel safety • Safety interlock ensures power is disconnected when the door is opened • Breakers can be located in each cell eliminating possible errors in isolating from a remote panel board • Field Circuit S1-Cutouts are provided for isolation of the field circuits • Adjustments can be made from the front keypad, withoutopening the door • Only components operating below 30Vdc are mounted on the CCR door. • The CCR is equipped with Over currentand Open-circuitprotection.

Part 3: Radio Controller and Options Radio Controller L-854 • Allows the pilot to control the lighting by clicking his radio microphone on a preset frequency. • This can operate the field lighting intensity based on the pilots desire. • Also can control other components such as wind cone lighting • Photo-eye control can also be incorporated
