Snap shots • Its fur is brownish black • the end of a lions tail is furry and bushy • Looks like a big cat • It has four big canine teeth • Lions have a tail with more than one color. • It may look like one color but if you look at it closely you will see that its more than one color • It has a mane which is long hair on the back of its neck • The mane shows leadership • It has small ears • It has whiskers around its black nose • It has big eyes

  4. Habitat • Lions live in the grasslands • The grasslands is a peaceful place exept • FOR LION • It is very grassy • The grasslands are very dry

  10. Behavioral Adaptation • Lions spend their lying around in the shad to save their energy for the night. • The way lions adapt is by having night vision • The way lions use their night vision is lions soak in the moon light and the moon light makes their eyes glow yellow.
