  2. The 1st Slide • Topic title • Your name • Date • Class period • A picture that represents your topic as a whole

  3. The 2nd-3rd Slide • Important information that was detailed in your 1st paragraph (AKA—background info). • This should be done in a neat, orderly fashion. • Relevant pictures that represent information provided.

  4. The 4th-5th Slide • Important information that was detailed in your 2nd paragraph (AKA—why was this thing/person/event important). • This should be done in a neat, orderly fashion. • Relevant pictures that represent information provided.

  5. The Last Slide • Detailed bibliography stating where your pictures were borrowed from. • Bibliography needs to be typed out correctly, and it needs to be listed in alphabetical order.

  6. PowerPoint Rubric-daily grade • Professionalism 25pts -dress -language -attitude -poise • Creativity and Organization25pts -design of slides/transitions -pictures -easy to interpret -logical organization • Informative 30pts -quality information -interesting facts -covers the basics: background, importance • Time Management (2-4min) 5 pts -use time wisely • Overall Presentation 15pts -use of PowerPoint/note cards -are we left with Q’s/able to answer Q’s Total 100

Extra Info • Students will be allowed access to computers in the library and in T4 before/after school or when their work for the day is completed. • We will meet in the computer lab (S2) on March 8 to work on paper/PowerPoint. • PowerPoints should be saved on a USB drive and on your student H drive so that they can be presented on March 22nd-23rd. • Please make sure the presentation is compatible with the programs on the school computers. Save under PowerPoint 2003.
