The Company • Established in 2017 as a private company created to run into perpetuity as a mechanism to democratically serve its participants. • 100% Veteran owned company, never to be sold or publicly traded. • Company actions require approval by “Sentinels” selected to democratically run the company.

  4. The Company (continued) • There are 6 current revenue streams, including: • The “Virtual Mall” • The “Discount Gift Card Program” • The “Advertising Program” • The “Contest Program” • The “Pharmacy Discount Benefit Program” • The “Consulting Firm”. (Other revenue streams coming in the future)

(Continued) • 99% of post expense revenue (Profit) is returned to the participants. • 0.5% of the Profit is dedicated to preserve humanity. • 0.5% of the Profit goes to the founder. • Premium Participants share in a permanent percentage of the profits. The value of the profit percentage is based on the Premium Participant position (determined at time of “Buy-in”).

Premium Participants receive a “guide call” on using both existing apps (Democracy Delivered & Democracy Delivered chat)

Earn while using the social platform – your clicks, posts and comments earn you money – paid in bi-annual checks. • Paid to shop. Shopping on our virtual mall earns you cash back on all your purchases. (The company receives an average of 5% back on all purchases, of which 80% is returned to the shopper – paid back monthly. • Paid to refer. Your referrals who become fully paid Premium Participants can earn you up to $300 per referral.

  14. Become a PREMIUM PARTICIPANT • There are three options to becoming a Premium Participant. (Hands Free, 50/50 Plan, Value Plan) • “Hands Free” $2,100 one-time fee with no additional requirements to do anything ever. (This is the only plan that may be purchased for a minor child). • “50/50 Plan” $1,500 fee payable over 36 months, with a revenue generation requirement of $120 per year (rolling average of $10 per month for 60 months).

Become a PREMIUM PARTICIPANT (cont.) • “Value Plan” $10 fee with a revenue generation requirement of $25.00 per month for 120 months. • Premium participant options can be upgraded by the owner by paying the difference between the other plans – example: 50/50 plan owner may upgrade to “Hands Free” by paying in an additional $600.

Become a Premium Participant: The Deal • Premium Participants may vote on which charities the company supports. • Premium Participants will be invited to an annual meeting to meet other members and learn of company accomplishments and goals. • Premium Participants have the right to review company books and bank statements. The dealings of the company are private but are fully transparent to Premium Participants.

Become a Premium Participant The Deal • Premium Participants are invited to to attend a live weekly open-call webinar every Thursday at 8PM Eastern Time. • Premium Participants may pass their Premium Participant Rights and membership benefits to their estates or beneficiaries as they desire. • (The company will NOT be involved in secondary selling, trading, or income distribution of any Premium Participant spots after they are initially filed.)

  18. Reasons NOT to delay becoming a Premium Participant! • Premium Participant spots will increase in price. • The company will continually develop and refine multiple revenue streams which Premium Participants will share in the profits. • The value of the permanent percentages decrease a small amount with each spot that is filled. • There are a limited number of spots available
